SHIPPING POLICY

 

SHIPPING FEE'S:

100% at the customers expense. This means any shipping back and forth is at your expense. 

FREE SHIPPING:

If free shipping is offered at checkout due to you having made a purchase of over $200 then this will be the only time Wilkie Design will cover shipping. Wilkie Design will not cover it if you need to return something for an exchange or credit note, due to change of mind.

COSTS:

$12 Flat rate

$14 Express postage 

RETURNS:

Before returning items you must speak to Melissa or a staff member on why its coming back / if something is wrong. Once you have spoken to us to confirm the return on your items they need to be sent back to the below address along with the tracking no sent to our email melissa@wilkiedesign.com or text to 0407786359

All returns need to be sent back to the return address PO Box 213 Branxton NSW 2335

 

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours or the next business day if purchased over the weekend.

Sent out through AUSTRALIA POST. 

Postage is at customers expense for purchasing and returning or exchanging as this is through a third party company so ALL shipping either way between customer and WILKIE DESIGN is at buyers expense. 

Returns:

WE WILL ALWAYS EXCHANGE or ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE ( these don't expire ) 

All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your order. In the same condition you received it in with tags on it. If you are a first time customer you might of got a special offer this will give you 30 days for returns. The system shows us if it is your first order. 

Please if there is a fault in the item make us aware of this straight away before returning and leave un washed. 

WE DO NOT REFUND any orders as we are a small business.

Faults:

We understand that these things happen sometimes. Please don't get angry with us about this as we are not the manufacturer. But we 100% warrant what we sell, so if the fault comes after washing please get in touch with us. If you notice something wrong with your garment/s when you get your order please reach out straight away - please do not wash the item/s. 

Shrinking:

Sometimes item's ( especially rayon ) can shrink. Please before calling us stretch the item by wetting the item and holding the top and bottom and moving your hands around the garment. Then washing this item and repeat twice. Once you have stretched please hang on a coat hanger and dry in a shady spot NOT in the sun. Also try running an iron over the garment for it to bounce back to its original shape. The iron always seams to do the trick!
